Smart Timer (the “App”) is operated by gy lee (“we,” “us,” or “Service Provider”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
Smart Timer does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, or payment information to use its core timer features.
The App stores the following information locally on your device:
You can remove timer records and presets from within the App. You can also remove locally stored App data by clearing the App’s data in Android Settings or uninstalling the App.
The App uses Google Firebase services to understand App usage and to improve stability.
Firebase Analytics may automatically collect information about App interactions, device and application information, and identifiers generated by Firebase or Google services. We use this information to understand general App usage and improve the App.
Google Signals is disabled for this App. We do not use Firebase Analytics for advertising personalization.
Firebase Crashlytics may automatically collect crash reports, application-not-responding reports, stack traces, relevant application state, device metadata, app version information, and a Crashlytics installation identifier. We use this information to identify, prioritize, and fix stability issues.
For selected timer lifecycle failures, the App may also send limited non-fatal diagnostic information. This information uses fixed technical state values and is intended only for reliability analysis. We do not intentionally send timer or preset names, record contents, file paths or URIs, precise timestamps, or exception messages as custom diagnostic fields.
Firebase services are provided by Google. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy information.
Focus Mode is optional. When you enable Focus Mode and start a timer, the App can use Android usage access to determine the current foreground app. If you open an app that is not an exception, Smart Timer can display a Focus Mode screen over that app.
Focus Mode is designed to support concentration. It does not terminate, block, control, or secure other apps or system interfaces.
